Emotions are an Unequal Quantity in the Exchange of Value

Emotions are by their nature self-destruction for it is an unequal, inconsistent, unpredictable, exchange of value.
Emotions are not a standardized medium.
Emotions are capricious.
To be happy, allegedly, one must give something to the world. To give is to receive, and to give is also to lose.
When one loses more value than he gives, one is pathed along the path of self-destruction.
When one loses an emotion due to an external or 3rd party or 2nd person, or receiver,
When one “gives” an emotion without receiving, one loses happiness.
When one person gives happiness to another, but does not receive mutual quantity, one has lost happiness.
Therefore, one is pathed along the path of self-destruction.
The path of living is to fulfill one’s happiness. The Path of Living is the pursuit of happiness.
Altruism by these premises asks for giving but not receiving. There is no tacity receival in altruism. The inherent giving of Quantity X should constitute a RECEIVAL. This is not universally or ubiquitously applicable.
Altruism is also unstable. It is therefore a feeder to the path of self-destruction.
Altruism requires an inequal exchange of happiness. It is therefore a feeder to the path of self-destruction. (reword/rethink)

Altruism cannot be held as the best principle of Living.
Self-interest is the best principle for Living.
Altruism is in its extremes an obligation. Even in mild facets of practice, altruism is an obligation.

Altruism is rooted in self-interest.
One gives to other people because it makes one happy.

Note: several contradictions in this post.
